Hi, my name is Alena Cox, also known as Mrs Doodle.
I grew up in Ukraine, lived many years in Kyiv, dreaming about career life in New York. Then in 2018 I’ve met love of my life and since 2020 we live together in a beautiful little English countryside town. And I can’t imagine my life differently. Being in nature, seeing magnificent landscapes on your door step is a true blessing.
Art has always been my passion since I was a little girl, and that’s what brought us together with my husband.
We help each other make our dreams come true. Sam’s got his Doodle House and I got the Garden. With us, it can’t possibly be an ordinary garden, I decided to create series of Gardens within the Garden, using Japanese Principles and aesthetics, imbedding British Heritage plants and Doodle Art. You can see more here.
I love making videos and pictures documenting everything. And it’s fascinating to look back and see how it all changing year by year. Check out my Journal.
